In order for us to live the Christian the way that God intended, it’s vital for us to understand the message of Jesus. The book of ‘Romans’ is actually a letter the Apostle Paul wrote to the church in Rome to explain this message. He hadn’t yet been there, but had learnt many lessons building churches in other cities throughout what was then the Roman Empire.
The book of Romans show us that life is not about what we have to do for God, but about living out what he has done for us.
The first 11 chapters look at what it is to be right with God (‘righteous’) and the rest looks at how once we are saved God calls us part of the body of Christ and how we can use the gifts and talents we have to benefit all.
God transforms us by changing the way we think!
